Scope is based on the subject matter itself — work about Malta, or directly connected to it — not on the nationality of whoever wrote it.

Every project follows the same approach: no editorializing, no hosting — just an index of what's already publicly available, reviewed only for relevance to scope.

This project was founded in 2026 by Jonathan Camilleri, PhD, and is maintained alongside several partners according to the subject area.
